Return eligibility

Return eligibility varies by product, condition, supplier source, manufacturer restrictions, and transaction terms. The applicable quote, invoice, order confirmation, product listing, or written agreement states the return rights, time period, restocking charges, shipping responsibility, and exclusions that apply to a specific order.

Return authorization

Returns must be authorized by KAMT&T before equipment is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for credit. Approved returns may require a return authorization number, designated destination, packaging requirements, and supporting order information.

Condition of returned products

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable order terms, returned products must be complete and securely packaged and should include the components, accessories, documentation, and identifying information originally supplied. Credit may be reduced or denied for missing items, physical damage, misuse, altered serial numbers, or a condition inconsistent with the approved return.

Special-order and project items

Custom-configured, special-order, project-specific, clearance, liquidation, or supplier-restricted items may be non-returnable when that restriction is disclosed in the applicable transaction documentation.

Refunds and credits

Approved refunds or credits are issued in accordance with the applicable transaction terms after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return freight, restocking fees, or other amounts may be non-refundable when disclosed in the applicable order terms or required by the circumstances of the return.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is materially inconsistent with the written order description or arrives with a covered defect, contact KAMT&T promptly with the order reference, serial number when available, and a description of the issue so the appropriate return, replacement, warranty, or supplier process can be determined.
