Warranty coverage

Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, supplier, condition, and transaction. Any manufacturer warranty, seller warranty, limited warranty, or "as-is" designation applicable to a product will be stated in the product listing, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other written transaction document.

New products

New products may include a manufacturer warranty when specified. Manufacturer warranty duration, scope, eligibility, registration, and remedy are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Pre-owned, open-box, and refurbished products

Warranty coverage for pre-owned, open-box, and refurbished equipment can differ from new-product coverage. The written transaction documentation controls the warranty, if any, for the specific equipment purchased.

Warranty exclusions

Unless the applicable written warranty states otherwise, warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, incompatible equipment, electrical events, liquid damage, physical damage occurring after delivery, or normal cosmetic wear.

Warranty remedies

Available remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, supplier or manufacturer warranty assistance, or another remedy stated in the applicable written warranty or transaction documentation. Replacement equipment, when provided, may be equivalent in function and condition rather than identical in model.

Other warranties

Except for warranties expressly stated in applicable written transaction documents, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, KAM Trading & Tech LLC disclaims warranties not expressly provided, including implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
