Shipping
Shipping and delivery terms for KAMT&T orders.
Shipping arrangements
Shipping methods, charges, handling requirements, and estimated delivery timing depend on the product, quantity, condition, destination, carrier availability, and the written terms of the applicable order. Shipping charges are stated in, or calculated in accordance with, the applicable quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other written transaction document.
Processing and delivery estimates
Any processing, dispatch, transit, or delivery date is an estimate unless KAMT&T expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed date. Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, supplier timing, weather, transportation interruptions, destination access, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Freight and larger orders
Bulk, palletized, oversized, or high-value orders may require freight service, liftgate service, loading-dock access, appointment delivery, commercial receiving arrangements, insurance, or other logistics coordination. Applicable requirements and charges will be reflected in the transaction documentation when known.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and serviceable delivery address, receiving contact, and any known access restrictions. Additional charges caused by incorrect information, failed delivery, storage, re-delivery, address changes, or special access requirements may be passed through when permitted by the applicable order terms.
Inspection and shipping claims
Shipments should be inspected promptly upon delivery. Visible damage, shortage, or carrier-related issues should be documented and reported to KAMT&T promptly so that available carrier or supplier claim procedures can be pursued. Claim timing and remedies may be limited by carrier, supplier, or order-specific requirements.
Order terms control
If this Shipping Policy conflicts with a written quote, invoice, order confirmation, purchase order acceptance, or other written agreement for a specific transaction, the transaction-specific written terms control.
